About

Corrupted Saviors is an erotic computer game where the player takes command of an army of Demonic tentacle monsters empowered by sin against a squad of superhuman opponents who represent the virtues of humanity. These Chosen warriors are overwhelmingly powerful, but they're still human, and they respond to trauma in accordance with the facets of their generated personalities. By carefully tailoring the inflicted trauma to the target's personality flaws, the player can turn them against each other and tempt them to greater sins in order to generate more energy for the Demonic army.

The gameplay is based on alternating combat and base phases. During the base phase, the player spends the energy collected from the sins of the Chosen in order to upgrade the Demonic army. During the combat phase, the player inflicts trauma on the Chosen using a system that borrows elements from eragame trainers. After every combat phase, the Chosen spend their free time on activities that resolve the inflicted trauma, with more sinful activities being more effective. They use their own internal logic based on their personalities for deciding which activities to perform, and much of the challenge of the game comes from figuring out how to use their priorities against them.

It is written in Java and is published under the Creative Commons, so it's free to play and distribute.  Players who enjoy the game are encouraged to spread it around and leave feedback.  The creator can be contacted here at this blog, by sending mail to corruptedsaviors@gmail.com, or by posting comments on pretty much any of the sites where this sort of game can be found.

  1. Err, feel a little awkward here since it seems there's no comments at all, but I'd like to ask:

Is it just me, or is this game INSANELY difficult to understand and beat? I've read through the guide several times, but still can't comprehend how I'm supposed to be able to break a Chosen's core vulnerability when it is that exact vulnerability that they're resilient against. Even more so when you consider that a core vulnerability in a particular circumstance means that you're likely going to need to capitalize on the trauma weakness tied to it, which will even further reinforce against the circumstance damage you need to rack up against the vulnerability.

I'm on day 21, and if I understand the guide, day 50 is the final battle. I have barely managed to get a foothold on a minor vulnerability for one of the chosen, and the other two have just enough trauma that I can harvest energy. I'm stumped!

If there alternative ways of beating the game then corrupting a chosen's core vulnerability, it doesn't feel like it's divulged in a digestible manner or in enough detail.

This game confounds me, but I want to understand it, I want to beat it, and I want to experience all that it has to offer. I'm just either too stupid, hasty, or the path to success in this game just isn't laid out well enough. I hope you respond to help me and the other confused people trying to wrap our heads around your game, because I know I'm not the only one. Thank you.

    1. My advice is to do a cheated run on easy until you find what works. After a cycle or two you should have a reliable strategy that doesn't necessarily require obscene amounts of energy, and by then you can start fresh on a normal run if you feel up to it.

  3. Hey, I don't think the new Forsaken cheat is working as expected. No matter what I set the values at for expertise, they will always all be 100k after entering.
